Terms and conditions for using the service.
These Terms of Service govern the subscription and use of the services offered through Match Color Lab.
By subscribing to a paid plan, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
Match Color Lab is a web application that provides photo editing services.
The service is offered through annual access plans.
Prices displayed at the time of subscription will indicate, where applicable, the applicable taxes.
The features included in each plan will be clearly indicated on the subscription page before payment is made.
Before subscribing to a paid plan, users may use the application during the trial period indicated on the platform.
Users may familiarize themselves with the main features and functionalities of the service during said period.
Subscription to a paid plan takes place after the user has had the opportunity to try and learn about how the application works.
To subscribe to a plan, the user must:
Before making the payment, the total price of the subscription and the duration of the selected plan will be clearly displayed.
Once payment is confirmed, the user will receive confirmation of the subscription and access to the acquired plan will be enabled.
The plans indicated in these terms have a duration of 12 months from the activation of access, unless another duration is expressly indicated at the time of subscription.
Access will remain available during the subscribed period, provided that the user complies with these terms.
Once the subscribed period has ended, access may be deactivated if the user does not make a new subscription.
The applicable price will be the one shown to the user before confirming the purchase.
Payment will be made using the payment methods available on the platform at any given time.
Payments may be processed by external payment service providers.
Match Color Lab does not directly store complete credit card details when payment is processed by an external provider.
As these are plans with a fixed duration, cancelling the service does not automatically entitle the user to a refund of the amount corresponding to the period already subscribed.
Cancellation may prevent future renewals where an applicable renewal modality exists, but will not by itself reduce the access period already acquired.
The foregoing is understood without prejudice to the rights applicable to consumers under applicable legislation.
Where consumer protection regulations apply, the user may exercise the legal right of withdrawal in the terms established by said regulations.
